    It's so frustrating that I have to download a 3rd party white board app to use offline.
    I use the surface for course instructor work worldwide and in various environments. Often, I am in facilities with no internet or I would end up tethering from my mobile at excessive roaming costs.
    Even more frustrating is that I can use One note to draw off line......
