In the zoom they have function where the meeting host, can "send" the participant into different virtual break out rooms, and let them work on a task, or discuss for a predetermined time e.g. 30 minutes. And then be automatically send back to "main" meeting. This function would be extremely helpful for e.g. leadership trainings, workshops, co-creation etc. Where too many participants don`t allow for same degree of collaboration and interaction.

When I was working in Whiteboard with my students and I wanted to type something for them using the text, they could not see it until I finished. I think they should be able to see it as I am writing.

Also, when I opened a second text box, for some reason it overlapped the first and then my students also could not see the first box.

It just did not seem to operate smoothly in Teams.

Be able to resize sticky notes so for example I can have many small ones under a large Header sticky. (see Miro...)

Why not link/merge OneNote as an Active Whiteboard tool for MS Teams?
During a Teams meeting, add One Note as an Active Whiteboard and by default gets saved with the user who initiates it. Also any whiteboard can be shared with any user over email.

I think this will be a great functionality to have.

Similar to what SFB always had. SFB Whiteboard could be saved within One note as well.

Develop (and allow submission) of a robust set of templates or standard items for functions such as, flow charts, decision tree, bulk sticky notes (variety of colors with a set of 20 created as part of the template), process diagram, mind maps, etc. Each could be included on any board by selection then edited for the specific purpose.

The ability to add a column(or list), then add text/notes/items to the list so that all the items are part of a group. The entire group/list can be moved around and contain all the items belonging to it. You can have multiple groupings(ie: Pro/Cons/PlanA/PlanB/etc.)

This makes it easier to associate topics/ideas together during a brainstorming session and list all the items under the together. Also makes it easier to move around, as all the items are moved with list.

Within a frame, there is the option to sort sticky notes by color, feedback or alphabet. However, re-arranging them by drag and drop within that frame seems to be not supported - although it would be the most intuitive way for manual re-arranging (e.g. prioritizing)

I would like to change the color of multiple sticky notes at once, e.g. within a collection / frame.
Also, it would be nice if I could define the "default" color for new notes added to a collection / frame, e.g. to be able to trace their origin later on easily (say, brainstorming with a per participant collection / color, to be sorted later on)

I would like to add more text to sticky notes and keep it visible - e.g. by the possibility to enlarge notes without enlarging the text size or by reducing the text size - best would be automatic rescaling of text or note.

I would like Keyboard shortcuts to functionality like adding a sticky note or adding text instead of having to mouse to the icon and click on it each time, much easier to keyboard shortcuts if i'm already typing.

whiteboard not view to group

I have a very hard time finding my whiteboards, as I have a stack of 100+ (some have names, most don't).
I'd like to see a search capability for those that have names, or where OCR can recognize content within them... I also think the ability to create folders or tags would be amazing!

It would be great to export the text boxes and notes to a Word or Excel so that you do not have to type the ideas you are collecting again after the brainstorming session is finished and you want to work with the results.
