Specifically in the 'notes" boxes, it would be useful to have 'typical' MS capabilities such as text size, fonts, colors, spell check

ALSO, it would be good to be able to resize the notes boxes (more so than the current corner control)... if I type something more than a certain number of words, I cannot see it all at one time.
