Improve support for Wacom (and other) tablets (pan, zoom in particular)
My Wacom Intuos and Whiteboard would work just great together if navigation would work - can't pan with the pen

Yup, it's a pain. The best I can do at the moment is have one of my XP-Pen stylus buttons set to Left Click, then I can use that plus my laptop's touchpad to pan the whiteboard. Clunky...

I also have the same problem when using MS Whiteboard with my Huion tablet. It would be great of MS could add better support for this as well as more keyboard shortcuts that could then be mapped to different keys and buttons via third party apps.
MS Whiteboard is a MUCH better experience with a drawing tablet, so I hope the dev's consider that segment of the audience more. Most won't bother to look online and find a place like this to comment. Even I actually stopped using MS Whiteboard since mid last year and just now started looking for solutions again because I would really like MS Whiteboard to be part of my workflow. -

Same problem and workaround does not work for Huion HS64 tablet because there's no change mode option

Many drawing apps use the space bar to go into pan mode. This works well when using a tablet.
Not sure why space was chosen to zoom instead--it's quite frustrating that such a familiar gesture doesn't work on Whiteboard.
Intuitive (familiar) keyboard shortcuts that support tablet use are power tools for drawing apps.

I finally found a workaround for this. Set a button to "mode toggle". It will switch the mode of the Wacom pen to mouse mode and then a pen touching the tablet will be like a click and hold and will pan. Then click the button for a "mode toggle" again and you are back to writing.

Same issue, using a wacom intrus. Thought this would finally help me in meetings. Can get Zoom to work but not Pan. To make things worse there's not even a keyboard key to hold for pan when holder pen. This is a key feature that is required for white board app.
