It would be good to be able to save whiteboards as whiteboards. i.e. save it and then open a saved whiteboard when you need it. I'd like to be able to save a bunch of whiteboards in different folders and then re-use them when called for with my classes
A folder system that you can create, like saving any other document would help us teachers! Otherwise takes ages trawl through everything. If not possible maybe a search engine so you can find a particular whiteboard?
A way of organising whiteboards IS needed.
Some kind of topology:
-> headings that they can be collected under
-> a folder structure.
Other things that add to the nightmare stack are:
-> Useless preview images.
-> Whiteboards are not named on creation, nor can they be named while open, nor prompt for a name when being closed. They can only be named in the 'lobby' - which is easily forgotten
i agree. Organization is critical. Right now I put things into Evernote.
OK but what if I could save whiteboards to a notebook, as pages, with tags, plus a search function?
A way to organize previous whiteboards, in an other way than just ahve a long list of them would be great

I just discovered that this exists in a fashion already. When you have a whiteboard open, either a previous one or a blank one, you should have a '<-' arrow in the top left. Click/Press that and it should go to a landing page that shows all previous whiteboards that you have and the ability to create a new seperate whiteboard.
I have noticed that whiteboards used in Teams meetings also show and you can tell the difference by a blue people icon on the whiteboard. You can't delete the whiteboard but you can leave the whiteboard conversation if you no longer need it.With your own whiteboards you have the option to delete them.
