    Mine is as well... I use a mac.. It has been black for months now. I think it was after the last update.

    I also work for Detroit Public Schools and am confounded by how inconsistent Teams is. My father helped teach Microsoft how to use his company's software years ago. Whether or not there is a connection, I know he wouldn't have wasted his time had he known that during a pandemic teachers wouldn't be able to use it proficiently. Please Microsoft, get your act together and make things work.

    I worked on it and some of my students said they were getting a black white board.....I didn't understand but now I am the teacher and I am getting the black white board and can't do anything on it.......oh well......I guess that is what happens working for Detroit Public Schools......we get what we pay for............a black white board.....useless and makes teaching impossible....thanks microsoft.....

    On my end it is not black. I think it is on your end. Or maybe it might be you Laptop/Computer/Tablet.

    The whiteboard is completely black. My students can't see anything on it. It worked on Tuesday but now... What can l do?

    I don't get it. Many are having the same problem as me (whiteboard is completely black), but I don't find the solution in here. So what is this for? just like an AA meeting where everyone shares their problems and the rest say thank you for sharing your emotional story.
